Describe a time you made a decision that people around you disagreed with. Set the context, say what you did and why, give the outcome, and say what you would do differently.

The trap is choosing an example where the candidate turned out to be right and everyone came round, which tests nothing. Strong answers pick a decision where the disagreement was reasonable and say how they handled the people, not only the decision — whether they heard the objection properly, what they conceded, how they communicated it. The reflection carries real weight here: an answer that says the decision was correct and the communication was poor is more credible than one where everything went well. First person singular throughout; 'we decided' is the most common way this answer fails.
